Solo Exhibitions
 

Application Conditions

1. The participation fee for individual exhibitions is 2500 TL. As of January 2025, the participation fee will be updated to 5000 TL. The exhibition participation fee is requested after your individual exhibition application is approved. Approved applications for which the participation fee has not been paid will be cancelled.

2. Individual exhibitions last for 15 days. After this period, they are archived in the 'Past Exhibitions' section and are accessible for 1 year.

3. Participants who will apply for an individual exhibition must have completed their undergraduate and/or graduate education in the field of fine arts.

4. Participants who have previously held individual exhibitions at ONARTEX can apply for an individual exhibition again at least 4 months after their previous exhibition.

5. A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 works can be exhibited in individual exhibitions.

6. The works to be proposed for individual exhibition must have thematic integrity.

7. The works to be proposed for individual exhibition are submitted to the ONARTEX advisory board for approval.

8. There is no material or size limitation, all techniques are accepted except video works.

9. Artists are responsible for all technical preparations for their works to be included in the exhibition. Images of the works to be proposed for individual exhibitions must be in JPEG format with a minimum of 300 DPI and must not exceed 15 MB. The longest side of the works must not exceed 3000 pixels. Images must be well framed/scanned/photographed and technically ready for online exhibition. Works that are not suitable for exhibition due to technical defects may be excluded from the exhibition.

10. A PDF catalogue and a PDF participation certificate containing the artwork images and relevant texts will be sent to individual exhibition participants.

11. Individual exhibitions are archived on the ONARTEX website for 1 year after the exhibition ends. Participants are responsible for obtaining documentation as evidence of the exhibition.

12. ONARTEX may use the visuals of individual exhibitions in social media, various press and publications, without paying any royalties, by providing the artist, name and work information.

13. For artists who would like to receive a printed exhibition catalogue, a design service is charged separately. Please contact us to benefit from the printed catalogue service.
